The charger is OEM from TESLA (a genuine brand-new unit from TESLA). The package does not include any carrying case, just the mobile charger and two adapters: 110-volt and 220-volt plugs.

Level 1 & Level 2 Charging
This unit is capable of dual voltage (110v - 240v) depending on the adapter used with it. Amperage ranges from 12 amps to 32 amps.
This charger provides flexibility of switching various types of NEMA outlet adapters. The total length is 20 feet.
There are only two adapters included as part of this listing. The regular household 3 prong outlet NEMA 5-15P, and the 220 Volt Level 2 NEMA 14-50 plug.
Other adapters can be purchased separately.

Except for there being no carry bag, it’s just like the original. I still had my original but since I use it in the garage with a dryer splitter, I wanted one for actually being with the car for emergencies. To me it looks and feels like the original Tesla one, as indeed what the website said. For me, however, the 110V plug cable that was supplied had a non-Tesla marking, while my original one does have the Tesla marking. Anyway, I didn’t much care for the 110V cable, plus my old one was already sitting idle. Overall, good buy at the price. I’ve swapped out my original mobile charger and cable from the dryer, and am using this new one as the regular charger, so, will know how it holds up over time.

I was hoping to use my dryer plug to go to 240V but the accessory had 5 prongs and my dryer has 3, so in order to work, I have to find an adapter that takes the 5 prong on down to 3 prongs. Other than that, it works well
