Primecom.tech delivered the most satisfying experience of any company I've dealt with in a long time. I got my new electric vehicle home and found that I needed a longer home charging cord. Various websites presented a bewildering array of options. My user manual and car dealership were unhelpful. I entered a question into the Primecom.tech chat box and got a call back immediately. The salesman listened closely to what I needed. He had me send him photos of my outlet and receptacle. As promised, I received my new cable the next day, and it worked like a charm. After doing a lot of research, I learned that Primecom.Tech is the only company that makes EV charging cables longer than 25 feet with the charging unit built into the cable. This is essential if like me, you have a situation where your EV can't be parked within 25 feet of the charging unit. Primecom.Tech has EV charging cables in 30, 40 and even 50 foot sizes. I learned that their products are very high-quality and that they are really knowledgeable and experienced. Before buying their 50 foot 40 amp charger, I spoke at length with David, who I believe is the founder of the company, and I was extremely impressed with his technical and practical knowledge, and his patience with the many questions I asked. He's had a long career in this field, and he took the time to clearly explain the technical aspects of these products and of charging an EV, which can be challenging for an average car owner like myself, about to buy my first EV, to understand. This company really stands behind its products! He told me if I had any problems with the charger, I could return it for a full refund (within 30 days, as long as I didn't damage it or use it improperly of course). The customer service with Primecom.Tech is amazing! It's the kind of service that is very hard to find in this day and age. Thank you, Primecom.Tech and David.

The unit was clean and in great condition when received. It charges (at the 24 amps setting) at the same speed (5.6-5.8 volts) as the Level 2 charger that came with the car (a 2026 Kia EV9, which have NACS ports). The unit does not heat up that much during use. A little warming is expected. Sales department was friendly, helpful, and prompt. Shipped it FedEx for no fee. Thank you!!
