Not sure what electrical power your dealership has?

That’s common. If you can answer the three questions below, we can usually recommend the right charger category in one call.

    • 1Do you have 208/240V only, or 480V three-phase available?
    • 2How many vehicles do you want charging at once (one bay, two bays, or more)?
    • 3Is this for internal dealership use or do you want payments/public use?

    Simple to deploy

Designed for straightforward installation and easy day-to-day use by service and ops teams.

    Step 1

    Install & connect power

Mount the unit and have your electrician connect power per code.

    Step 2

    Power on

Turn the charger on and confirm the unit is ready for use.

    Step 3

    Plug in & charge

Connect to the vehicle and start charging right away for typical dealership use.

Request a quote or ask a quick question

Tell us your site power (208/240V or 480V), number of bays, and whether you need payments. We’ll respond quickly and help you align with your electrician.

    Frequently asked questions

Common questions from dealership service managers and operations teams.

Do we need a subscription to start charging?
In most dealership deployments, no. Many configurations support straightforward standalone charging. If you want reporting, access control, or payments, networking/OCPP options are available depending on the model.
We only have 208/240V power—can we still get DC fast charging for our dealership?
Yes. Primecom offers DC fast chargers designed for 208–240V sites (single-phase and three-phase options). Call sales and we’ll recommend the right power tier based on bay throughput and vehicle mix.
What electrical service do we need for a DC fast charger at a car dealership?
It depends on the category. We offer DC solutions that work on 208–240V (single/three-phase) and higher-power solutions that typically use 480V three-phase. Call and we’ll tell you what to confirm with your electrician.
How much does a DC fast charger cost for a dealership?
Pricing depends on site power, kW level, and connector configuration. This page shows “starting at” pricing by category—tap a category above to see the baseline, then call sales for an exact configuration for your bays.
Can Primecom chargers replace ABB chargers at a dealership?
In many cases, yes. If you share your existing ABB model, site power (208/240 vs 480V), and your target throughput, we can recommend a comparable Primecom charger category and help you plan the replacement.
Do you support CCS1 and NACS (Tesla) connectors for dealership EV charging?
Yes. Depending on the model and configuration, CCS1 and NACS options are available. If you’re unsure what to choose, tell us what vehicles you service/sell and we’ll recommend the best setup.
Do Primecom chargers work without internet or networking?
Yes—many dealership deployments operate in a simple standalone mode. Networking and OCPP can be added if you want reporting, access control, or payments, depending on the model.
What warranty and support does Primecom provide for dealership EV chargers?
Primecom provides lifetime technical support and a two-year warranty (varies by product line). Dealerships value having California-based support with parts and guidance available.
