Works well so far. Using it for the new PHEV. Level 1 seems to be sufficient for our use. Estimate was $6k to get a level 2 charger/trench/post in driveway from the subpanel. Maybe for the next EV I'll start digging, but hopefully this will suffice for a while. It would be nice if the level 1 cord was a 90 degree plug.

They shipped it to me without charging me and shipped me a email letter to go back to them so I could return the other one anyway they were just very good people. I love the 35 ft charger cord. It runs across my garage and allows me to level 2 charge my Volt. The charger readout gets a little warm to the touch, but seems to be solid for not overheating so far. All goid after a month or so!

I have been using this charger for a month. My old charger was connected to 110 volt circuit and took all night to recharge my car batteries. A new 220 volt circuit paired with my new charger gets the job done in 3 hours. I am super happy with this product.

So far, so good! Shipping was alarmingly fast (and free!) and customer service was great. This thing is the definition of plug and play. Charger arrived before my car so I got it all set up and ready to go and the moment I pulled my car into the driveway for the first time, I was good to go. The speed is exactly what I need and I love that they included a hook for the cable and a port for the charger itself.

Due to the nature of where I need to park, I either needed a 50' charging cable, or had to pay a lot of money to have an outlet installed in a very poor location. Primecom was the only manufacturer that provided exactly what I needed. Ordering was easy and shipping was very fast. My Tesla Model 3 is a happy camper!

I just order a PHEV. Found your charger online and liked the features and reviews. I have a dedicated 220v 30 amp circuit for power tools in my garage. I like the size and customization of adapting to my receptacle. I would probably had to buy an additional adapter interface with anyone else. The price you were charging is good and I felt I might miss it till my PHEV arrives ~ Oct. So as of now all I can say is it plugs in and lights up correctly. I already have it placed so it will be convenient to use. Am really looking forward to the value of interfacing with my PHEV. Will write and photo usage when I get it all together.

I installed it by my self. It took me some effort to have the outlet 240 Volts next to the breakers. The easy part was to plug the Primecom charger and start charging my new Rav4 Prime. No problem.!! The charging time was 12 hours with the 110 volts that came with the car and went down to 4 hours and 30 minutes with the 16 Amps Primecom charger.

I absolutely love my Primecom Level-2 Electric Vehicle Charger/14-50P. It has replaced the Level 2 Charger Cable which is standard equipment on New Toyota RAV4 Prime Vehicle, which required 12 hour charging time of 120V home outlet. Once my electrician finally installed a 240V outlet in my garage, my charging time now is averaging 4 hours and 15 minutes, which has a schedule charging time between 12:00 - 4:30 am, Super Off-Peak Electrical Usage Hours.

We recently installed a 220v outlet in a single car for our tenant. She had been charging her 2026 BMW i3 with the regular Level 1 outlet in the garage. Took forever snd she only has about 80 miles of battery range. So a phone call and a texted photo with David helped us choose the right upgraded EVSE for car. We plugged it in and looped the small amount of extra cable (30’ length) on a wall hook. She came home, plugged the new Level 3 equipment into her car and sent us this text: “ OMG. It’s perfect! Disappointed to have to repair or replace 2 year old cable but customer service support more than adequate for sure.
Works as well as my first charger that eventually wore out (the handle wouldn't latch) but that was after 5+ years of daily use. I'm pleased it came with a holster to drill into the wall to hold the cord and plug. Thanks for offering a solid and reasonably priced charging solution!
Fits the prius XLE perfectly. Plugs in right at the outlet. Displays light up. It charges and responds to the cars demand for power. It charges quick. It only gets warm when working, not hot and that's good.
I bought this to replace my Dewalt charger which was overheating. This charger seems much more sophisticated, with an LCD displaying helpful stats. It hasn't had any problems with heat yet, even in 90+ degree Texas heat in direct sunlight. I first purchased this on Amazon but the cord wasn't long enough. I contacted the seller and to my surprise he immediately called and offered to send one with a longer cord, and it ended up being the same price as the shorter one. He even added 2 day shipping for free. He answered all my questions and concernes, and I've been very pleased thus far.

It is difficult to find an EV charger cable that is 50' long and also has a plug that will go into my dryer outlet. This is actually the only one I could find. I bought one about 4-5 years ago and have been using it 10-12 hours a day (I drive a lot of miles for my job). Finally, it stopped working properly. I called the phone number for Primecom and an actual human answered and gave me great advice on how to potentially fix my cable. When the fix didn't work, he then gave me a great price on a new one, shipped it to me within about 30 minutes of our conversation, and did not charge for the shipping. I received it within 48 hours and now I'm back in business. The customer service of this company is professional, courteous, and quick. I'm not used to this kind of treatment, it was a breeze - a really great experience. I would buy from them again.

Great product! I live in the city and park on the street. This is the easiest way to charge my car. If my battery is at 75 miles or more and it's plugged in by dinner, definitely completely charged by morning.
